What can we discuss during my session?
There is a place to choose what you’d like to discuss on the form when you book your session.
However… we can discuss all things business related, or, if you’d like, working out things on the personal side of being a biz owner.
What happens after I book my session?
Your booking will be confirmed by email when date/time selection, payment and questionnaire are completed.
You will receive another email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment with the link to access your call.
If your payment fails, you will be contacted prior to your appointment being cancelled.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please give at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or submit a reschedule request. The link in your confirmation email is the easiest way to do this.
Please understand that rescheduling is done at my discretion. Sometimes your schedule request may be received at the same time another appointment is made. After review, you will be sent a confirmation for your reschedule request.
Do you give refunds?
Any consultation fee is to hold your appointment and is not refunded.
The fee may be applied to one rescheduled appointment if rescheduled within 7 business days.
What's a no-show?
A “no show” is a missed appointment without notice.
If you are more than 5 minutes late without notice, you may forfeit your appointment.
Rescheduling is at my discretion.

Please be sure to keep an eye on your email, and make sure that the email address and phone number you provide are correct.
Sometimes tech doesn’t act the way we want it to and I may need to contact you with an alternate link or number for your session.
Orrrr I may have a few questions beforehand that will help us to make the most of our time together.
