What is included in my order?
Your order includes:
- 1 (one) 6×9″ spiral bound copy of the biz organizeher™ first edition planner/workbook (shipped via USPS)
- shipping within 48 contiguous (US) states
If you add the Upgrade option, you will also receive:
- Companion Guide PDF
- Digital binder setup instructions
- Corresponding templates in digital form
Upgrades are included through June 19, 2023.
How long does it take my order to process?
Once your order has been placed and paid for, it is moved into processing and printing begins.
Total time from processing to shipping can take up to 10 business days.
When you upgrade your order, your digital access should be ready within 15 minutes.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment may be made with Google Pay, Apple Pay, debit or credit card processed by Stripe.
You may also use your PayPal account to complete payment. If your PayPal payment processes as an e-check, your order will not be processed until 5 business days after that e-check clears.
How will my order ship?
Your planner will be shipped via USPS. The tracking number is assigned at the time your label is created, although actual shipping may occur within 3 business days of your label being created.
Once your package has been scanned at the USPS facility, it becomes the responsibility of the USPS and missing or damaged shipment claims will need to be filed with the USPS.
We do not offer express, overnight, or upgraded shipping.
Will you ship to me?
Currently orders are being accepted for the 48 contiguous (US) states.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Please ensure you have the correct name, address, email address, and telephone number on your order. Orders cannot be edited once processed.
International Orders are not accepted at this time. If you are using a US based forwarding service and need an invoice for Customs, please check your tracking info for details to request.
How can I get a refund?
Orders are processed and printed as received.
Once your order and payment have been processed, the sale is final and there are no refunds.
Can I return or exchange this?
Every effort is made to ensure your purchase makes it to you in one piece.
In the event that you receive a defective item (not due to shipping), you may request a Damage Claim. Details for requesting a Damage Claim will be emailed to you.
Items are processed on demand/as ordered and are not eligible for returns.
Items returned due to incorrect address/marked as undeliverable can be re-shipped at additional shipping cost.
Damages due to shipping will need to be addressed with the courier.
If you Upgrade your order, due to the nature of digital products and that you are givien immediate access, no refunds are available.
Why is shipping time an estimate?
Shipping carriers do not guarantee a delivery timeframe; and in today’s climate, there may be delays that we have no control over.
