Terms and Conditions
Currently our printer is not experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Any changes to processing and printing statuses/turnaround times will be communicated per order, as necessary.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed it is moved into processing. Total from processing to shipment can take up to 10 business days.
Payment may be made with Apple Pay, debit or credit card, processed by Stripe or PayPal.
You may also use your PayPal account to complete payment. If your PayPal payment processes as an e-check, your order will not be processed until 5 business days after that e-check clears.
Your planner will be shipped via USPS. The tracking number is assigned at the time your label is created, although actual shipping may occur within 3 business days of your label being created.
Once your package has been scanned at the USPS facility, it becomes the responsibility of the USPS and missing or damaged shipments will need to be filed with the USPS.
Currently orders are being accepted for the 48 contiguous US states.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Please ensure you have the correct name, address, email address, and telephone number on your order. Orders cannot be edited once processed.
International Orders are in the plans this time around, and I anticipate that happening around the beginning of August.
Once your order and payment have been processed, the sale is final and there are no refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
Every effort is made to ensure your purchase makes it to you unharmed and in one piece. In the event that you receive a defective item (not due to shipping), you may request a Damage Claim. Details for requesting a Damage Claim will be available in your digital portal.
Damages due to shipping will need to be addressed with the courier.
