Orders are processed and printed as received.
Once your order and payment have been processed, the sale is final and there are no refunds.
Every effort is made to ensure your purchase makes it to you in one piece.
- In the event that you receive a defective item (not due to shipping), you may request a Damage Claim. Details for requesting a Damage Claim will be emailed to you.
- Items are processed on demand/as ordered and are not eligible for returns.
- Items returned due to incorrect address/marked as undeliverable can be re-shipped at additional shipping cost.
- Damages due to shipping will need to be addressed with the courier.
